Believe it or not, practically everyone can be hypnotised. It is the natural ability of man to be able to get into the right state of mind or zone where everything is possible – and most of these states are hypnotic states even though we may not realise it at the time. But unfortunately they often seem to allude us when we need them most. A hypnotherapist uses hypnosis to put you into your most productive state of mind even if you feel you don’t have one. The Irish Hypnotherapy Association is dedicated to raising the awareness of the effectiveness of hypnotherapy to overcome common and not so common problems in living.
